John Badger and the New Old Time Apocalyptic Revival make music rooted in the past but, layered in rich soundscapes of the 21stcentury.  Their music is fun, gritty, thought-provoking, and real. JB & The Notar span the kaleidoscope of the American musical tradition. Pulling from the influences of gritty blues, classic rock, country, soul, folk, and jazz. John Badger and he New Old Time Apocalyptic Revival, bring a sound that is both unique but familiar, fresh but reminiscence of a begotten golden age that is yet to come. A music that carries hope in the face of change,  a truth that is sometimes hard to swallow, and an optimism that stands above all odds. Every end is a new beginning.

Nominated as one of the Best Bands in Eugene (for 2024), John Badger and NOTAR will surely be a great new addition to our Brews, Blues & Chowder Fest. We welcome them to our stage for their first time.
