Guitarist Jacob St. Clair and bassist Alexandre Pabst have been playing together in the Pacific Northwest for over five years. After meeting at Lane Community College, they transferred simultaneously to the University of Oregon, where they are pursuing degrees in Jazz Studies. The duo plays modern takes on tunes from the books of Count Basie, Antonio Carlos Jobim, and Miles Davis. Both are heavily influenced by the classic Jim Hall/Ron Carter duo.
